SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days if the item is in stock.
We keep a small quantity of pieces ready to ship. If your item is not available immediately, it will be made to order within 4–6 weeks.

Please note, we do not accept returns or cancellations for made-to-order pieces unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If you’d like a custom design or wish to recreate an existing piece in gold, please send us an enquiry at info@meltjewellery.co.uk, we’d love to bring your vision to life.

For UK orders in stock, we dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, which takes up to 3 working days. For Next Day Special Delivery, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Please note: During sale periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • United Kingdom: £5 (Tracked) — Free on orders over £500
  • European Union: £15 (DHL Tracked)— Free on orders over £500
  • Rest of the World: £15 (DHL Tracked) — Free on orders over £500

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the price and remain the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNS

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a brief description and photos of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll share return instructions. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.

Items must be returned in the same condition received, unworn, and in original packaging. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
